梅仕灿，男，号凤山，又号文允、甘苦，1964年10月出生，江西师范大学数学系毕业，进贤县人，现任景德镇陶瓷大学党委书记。
曾为中华诗词学会理事、中国楹联学会常务理事、江西省诗词学会副会长、江西省楹联学会创会副会长、南昌市诗词楹联家协会主席、江西省围棋协会副主席（业余5段）。2014年，被国家公务员局、全国公共管理专业学位研究生教育指导委员会聘为公共管理硕士（MPA）校外导师。
领衔开创“字瓷艺术”，并首创“未识徽号文字”书法。曾主编《醇醪浅酌——诗词楹联常识》（江西教育出版社2011年出版），著有《驿外古梅——梅仕灿诗文艺术作品选集》（人民美术出版社2020年出版）。
现为中国楹联馆第一馆长、中国陶瓷工业协会副理事长、中国文化产业促进会文化遗产保护工作委员会会长、江西省诗词学会顾问、《陶瓷学报》主编、中国美术期刊传媒集团编委会委员。
Born in Oct 1964 in Jinxian County, Mei Shican, whose literary name is Fengshan (phoenix mountain), or Wenyun (culture permission), or Ganku (sweet hardship), graduated from the Department of Mathematics, Jiangxi Normal University. Currently he is the secretary of the CPC party committee of Jingdezhen Ceramic University.
He was a member of Chinese Poetry Society, executive member of Chinese Couplet Society，founding vice-chairman of Jiangxi Poetry Society, vice-chairman of Jiangxi Couplet Society, chairman of Nanchang Poetry and Couplet Masters Association, and vice-chairman of Jiangxi Go Association (Amateur 5-dan). In 2014, he was appointed as the off-Campus supervisor for MPA by National Civil Service Administration and National MPA Education Steering Committee.
He leads the creation of “ancient Chinese characters porcelain art”, and pioneers the “unknown tag mark character” calligraphy.He is also the editor-in-chief of Great Deliberation-Introduction to Poetry and Couplet (published by Jiangxi Education Publishing House in 2011) and author of Ancient Plum Trees outside the Courier Station- A Selection from Mei Shican’s Poetry and Artworks (published by People's Fine Arts Publishing House in 2020).
Now he is the chief curator of China Couplets Museum, vice chairman of China Ceramic Industry Association, chairman of Cultural Heritage Protection Committee under China Culture Promotion Association, consultant of Jiangxi Poetry Society, editor-in-chief of Journal of Ceramics, and member of the editorial committee of Art in China under China Publishing Group Corp.
